Swedish Body Massage

Massage can assist with pain relief, tension headaches and improve circulation.

Regular massage is such a powerful tool to help you take charge of your health and wellbeing. I see a variety of clients all with different needs, working on reduction of pain, tension headaches through to a general ask for a relaxing massage to assist with destressing and often anxiety.
