Reflexology for general wellbeing

Helps in rebalancing your mind, body and sprit

Reflexology is a popular and relaxing therapy based on the principles that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of the feet correspond to areas throughout the body. The feet can be seen as a map of the body.

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy, suitable for aiding many areas – physical, mental and emotional. As reflexology treats the whole person, many different symptoms can show great improvement such as;

• Relief from stress, anxiety and tension

• Induces deep relaxation

• Improves circulation

• Improved sleep

• Cleanses the body of toxins and impurities

• Balances the whole body system

• Revitalizes energy

• Preventive health case

• Creates a general sense of health and well-being

Reflexology for the menopause

I am absolutely delighted to announce that I am now qualified in Reflexology for Menopause with Sally Earlam.

This is something close to my heart and Reflexology can be an extremely supportive treatment for women experiencing hormonal imbalances around menopause and peri-menopause. It can help support the emotional and physical effects of the menopause as well as offer a space to relax and chat in a private calming setting.

Please do ask me at your next appointment or message me any questions if you would like to know more.

Oncology Reflexology

Although reflexology is not used to diagnose or cure disease, millions of people around the world use it to complement other treatments when addressing conditions like anxiety, asthma, cancer treatment, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, headaches, kidney function, PMS, and sinusitis.

In cancer care, reflexology has been shown to improve overall wellbeing through it's relaxing effects, and can help patients cope with stress, reduce anxiety, lift mood, reduce nausea and help those with trouble sleeping.

I am a qualified oncology reflexologist and I can work within care settings or with private clients who feel they would benefit from Reflexology.

Reflexology 1 hour treatment - £45

Please note: Reflexology should not be used as an alternative to seeking conventional medical advice.
