Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in. As an experienced Reflexologist and Massage Therapist, I work with you to restore your balance, energy levels and general wellness.

Back Massage

Reflexology

Reflexology - 1 hour - £45

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive complimentary therapy that encourages the body to balance and heal itself. It involves applying finger or thumb pressure to specific points on the hands and feet known as ‘reflexes’.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage - 30 mins - £25

This 30 minute Indian Head Massage  works the upper back, shoulders, neck, arms, head and face helping to promote circulation, exfoliates the scalp and nourishes the hair.

​

Swedish Massage

Massage - 40 mins - £30

A relaxing Swedish massage is an excellent treatment to soothe away aches, pains and stiffness promoting a deep sense of relaxation and renewed vitality.

My wonderful reflexology balms and creams come from Flying Wild who specialise in handcrafted holistic therapy products whilst my massage oils are sourced from Naissance

 

Both are made from ethically sourced ingredients and are handmade in the UK.
